Book4Time implements support for HTNG Single Guest Itinerary

Book4Time is introducing an enhancement to its scheduler which allows spas to link appointments for guests spanning multiple days.

Enhancements to the central reservation module within Book4Time will link multiple appointments so that spas can print or email a single itinerary to guests. The reservation number also allows spas to guarantee appointments under one credit card or cancel the entire reservation quickly and easily.

For hotel spas, the guest experience has become even more flawless, as Book4Time now has the ability to share guests’ itineraries with the Micros Opera property management system.

Any reservations guests have made at the spa can now be seen by the hotel front desk. A consolidated itinerary – containing the hotel booking as well as spa appointments – can be printed and given to the arriving guest. Spas will also benefit, as any important changes in the Micros Opera system – room cancellations or changes – will alert the spa staff with an instant notification within Book4Time, if the change affects previously booked spa appointments.

The implementation of HTNG Single Guest Itinerary speaks to Book4Time’s overarching commitment to provide guest-centric solutions to their customers.
